SNOMED to OWL Perl script open-source proposal
Hi everyone
We're proposing to open-source the RF2 to OWL Perl script (tls2_StatedRelationshipsToOwlKRSS_Script_INT_20170131.pl), in order to make it more widely available.
We'd like to do this sooner rather than later (as there are people in the community who would like access to it for the Implementation course, etc) - so if you could please send any objections (or confirmation that you don't have any) immediately that would be greatly appreciated?

Sure, it used to be open sourced on the Collabnet SVN repositories but that was lost in the move I think. I even made a branched version of it to support/explain the concrete domain work.
...although I think we should be clear about the status of this script. I.e. whether it is the definitive transform or just a sample.

Confirming that I don't have any objection. NLM has had a number of users (in the past) inquire about the updating of the script, and now that the script has been written so that it is easier for users to use, and if we make it open-source, I think this would be beneficial to many.
