Please pay particular attention to section 3.1.5 - as this is where we most need your input - to agree who needs to be informed about what type of changes, depending on what type of Product is being changed - thanks!
In section 3.1.5 I would like to have a clarification before I make further comments. (Sorry if I ask about something that is obvious for a native English speaker.) In the “International Edition”, when the type of changes are “Additional Files” and “Deprecation of Files”, the stakeholders to communicate to is “Just NRC’s, as they can choose whether or not to use the files, and if so disseminate out to affiliates/vendors.” Do this mean that IHTSDO expect the NRCs to distribute the information to the “Members plus affiliates/vendors” if they have distributed any of the files that are affected by the change? And do IHTSDO plan to remind the NRCs about this each time these kinds of changes are made? Otherwise I see a clear risk with this plan and in would then be less risky to communicate to “All - Members plus affiliates/vendors”.
